Instructions
Lamps should be ready to go when dropped-off or for pick-up. Please remove lamp shades and bulbs. We are not responsible for any shades or bulbs broken, lost, or misplaced. Coil the cord in a loop and do not wrap the wire around the base.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Lamps are beautiful forms, materials and assemblies. However, they travel poorly in boxes and with third party shippers. We offer a flat rate $25 for pick-up and drop-off for customers within an hour drive of Rome. We are willing to schedule pick-up & drop-off further away according to availability and distance.
Policies
Most lamps are made with three or four primary replaceable serviceable parts. They are standardized parts that are interchangeable and specifically made for the US market based on NEC codes. The parts are UL listed and in accordance with the recommended safety standards. The fixture as a whole is not a UL listed assembly and should not be assumed as such.
Should any claim need to be made in defect of product as part of an insurance or litigation process, information can be provided of the manufacturer to claim from. Rome Lightery Company tests all lamps are in working order before released to customer. Any alteration, misuse, or external cause that may cause the lamp to fail is not the responsibility of Rome Lightery Company.
Customer accepts to these terms when providing lighting for service, inspection, or repair.
